The Sahara Software name, logo and the content of this site are owned by Sahara Software unless stated otherwise. Postify is a product of Sahara Software. Third-party platform names (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok) are trademarks of their respective owners; their use here is descriptive and implies no affiliation or endorsement.

The Postify service

Access to Postify is provided to clients under a separate service agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of service on particular terms, and product descriptions may change as the product develops.

No warranty

This website is provided "as is". We take care to keep the information accurate and the site available, but we make no warranty that either is uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sahara Software is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law, including under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.
