Data Deletion
Last updated: 25 August 2026
This page explains how to delete the data Postify holds about you, including data received from a connected social media platform (Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn or TikTok). It supplements our Privacy Policy.
What Postify stores from a connected platform
When a client connects a social media account, Postify stores the access token issued by that platform (encrypted), the identifiers and names of the pages or profiles it may publish to, and records of the posts it has published on the client's behalf.
Disconnect a channel in Postify
Disconnecting a channel from a Postify workspace removes the stored access token, ending Postify's access to that account. Content already published to the platform remains on the platform itself, under your control there.
Remove Postify's access from the platform
You can also revoke Postify's access from the platform's own settings at any time; revocation immediately invalidates the token Postify holds.
- Facebook / Instagram. Go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, find Postify and remove it.
- LinkedIn. Go to Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Permitted services and remove Postify.
- TikTok. Go to Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps and services and remove Postify.
Request full deletion
To have your data deleted from Postify entirely — account information, content, and any data received from a connected platform — email info@saharasoftware.co.nz from the email address associated with your account. We will action the request promptly and confirm by reply once deletion is complete.
